Hi folks,
The new version of Spybot Search and Destroy is now out, included registry backup (woohoo) incase spyware manages to trash it (as usual)

n.b Im getting CRC errors on updates atm so i would suggest you keep a backup or previous version before installing, poss a temp glitch tho :)
I found changing the download server changed this, i used safernetworking europe mirror.
