You know what is scary about this kind of stuff? It looks and sounds so believable, I can almost buy it. And you know...we live in an age where so many things can be faked and photoshopped and all that other stuff that at times it is hard to tell the truth from the fabrication.

Even sadder is the number of people who will belive anything they read (email or otherwise). That can be quite frustrating, but it explains why "spinning" the news works.

This whole affair reeks of not only federal incompetence or a government cover-up, but of possible governmental involvement. Not only do they have very valid points on the Pentagon issue (of which is somewhat personal to me as I live just outside of DC), but also there are questions about the Twin Towers as well. For one thing, both towers were constructed to withstand not only the impact of an airplane strike, but also the intense fire that would (assumingly) be resulting from the aircraft fuel.


How is it, then, that the second tower to be hit was the first to go down even though the majority of the fuel (as we all have seen) passed through the building and out the other side? Also, the first tower was a straight inpact, thus making the probability of collapse (via the so-called "pancaking" effect) much greater to occur sooner than the second building where only the corner was damaged (thus structurally more sound than the first)? On top of this, some of the so-called hijackers either are still alive or were dead long before this attack.

The kicker? What was the immediate reaction of the US Congress after 9/11? They passed the "Patriot Act". Ever see what is in it? After the first Trade Center bombing, the exact same legislation was attempted to be passed by Bill Clinton's administration, but it was (ironically) soundly defeated for being too constrictive to the basic liberties of the American people.
I know there is much more than this, but even this much should help folks realize that there is something rather sinister going on.
